NATURE TRANSFORMING HUMAN MISTAKES TO ART

Glass Beach is located outside Fort Bragg, California. Back in 1960's the people living in the area started disposing their garbage to a nearby cliff. Constant increase of people's population created a mountain of garbage which was growing bigger each year. Place was named ''Dumps''.

  

Following years there has been a large effort to clean the dump beach by removing all garbage, plastic and other materials. They managed to do so for all, except for the disposed glasses. That was impossible. 

Decades that followed helped nature to apply its wonderful effect on the disposed glasses.  Waves and winds caressed them and transformed them in art pieces. 

Beach is now renamed to ''GLASS BEACH'' and is one of the most popular destinations of the area.
